KinderKarate

For boys & girls ages 4½ to 6
This specialized class is limited to just 8 students. With this small number of children the instructors will be able to give each child personal attention. Children will improve balance and coordination, increase self-confidence and have fun!
First time students receive a free karate uniform with their registration.
Beginner Belly Dance

Belly dance promotes core body strength, re-energizes you and improves over-all health - plus it’s fun! Instructor Karen Hoover leads you through American Tribal Style belly dance movements inspired by folkloric dances of the Middle East and India.
Qigong - An Introduction

Qigong (Chi Gung) is a powerful practice that will help you feel, move and transmit Qi (energy). In this workshop, you will learn several different exercises that will help build a foundation to support your health and well-being.
